Very friendly staff. I was intimidated to come in at first because but Rico made me feel right at home and answered any and all questions that I had. The entire staff even thanked me for coming in as I left. I will definitely be back!

Great store with lots of variety and tons of choices. Prices are great too. Best part is the staff though. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The purple haired girl (Rachel I think her name is?) is always very friendly happy and patient. She takes the time to make sure we get what we need and it's always nice to talk to and is our favorite budtender. Always a joy when she's in and the wife loves her so we now mostly go at night if we can when she works. Other budtenders are good too except the rude dude from the mornings always frowning and abrupt. So definitely try going at evenings or night for a better experience.

The young lady we had was amazing! We are not ise to the amount to choose from and she was so very helpful. Plus we saved a ton of money. We will stop by everytime we are in town! Go Cougs!

Just a heads up to others. As a medical patient it was very disappointing to encounter that none of the staff are DOH certified thus not able to provide a medical purchase of product from a farm that is certified and my regular go to. Staff did not tell me until my point of purchasing. Though had handed my medical card upon entry with my ID.

I’ve been going here almost daily since the day they opened as Kush. Each year they keep getting more and more corporate. I had an experience last night that confirmed why I need to stop going. I won’t be back and will be taking my business to Happy Time and Magic Tree.

I have noticed a definite difference from kush 21 to APEX in customer service (and maybe prices). Not to be unexpected. Change of business. But here's the thing. I was heard a rumor that APEX is still owned and run by the people who still own all the other kush 21's in business. However, I would like to give a shout out to Mary the manager. Reading the reviews and seeing her in action I'm sure she'll turn the situation in no time. I have never had a bad experience at this shop. But then again I've been smoking cannabis for over 45 years...so what would I know. To the people who whine and complain - you're lucky it's legal now. Back in my day it not only illegal, it was dangerous. I will recommend this shop as long as Mary is the manager.
