They would have gotten 5 stars if the guy at the cash register didn't have a attitude with me for nothing I didn't know what his problem was but he had got it together by the end of my visit but other than that they are a great dispensary to visit and I would highly recommend I'm coming back!!!

Wanted to stop and give shoutout to Patrick today with hippie shirt! A lady was in line very hasty and very vocal with some attitude to the folks behind counter for only helping! Patrick stopped what he was doing came out and walked her to looked and helped her through her questions and frustration! I would say this deserves an appreciation for deescalating and providing excellent customer service! Oh btw! The bud was gas ;)

Beyond Hello is exactly how I feel every time I order. The website can be an interesting navigation but the customer service in person is always great. You're treated exceptionally well and never rushed. Rewards and sales are plentiful. Great selection and prices with knowledgeable budtenders. My 1st choice in Illinois dispensaries! 💚
