    Awful business practices. Sold a non working vape and refused to exchange or refund. Would not recommend. Drive around to dank-bank dispo. Better quality vapes and they stand behind their products!!

    The quality of the products went down. When my husband brought up the issue in a review, the owner lashed back and then refused to let him use the rest of the points he had previously earned through product purchases, unless he took down his review. This is bad business and will be reported. Take your business elsewhere folks. Update: When he returned he did so to cash out his 26k points he had saved up by being a loyal customer. He was refused service and his points were stolen due to his negative review, which the owner offered to restore if my husband were to remove the review. That action is both a violation to the fair consumer practices act and OMMA policies. This business has been reported to the BBB, OMMA, and the owner personally has been reported to the bar as he is a lawyer who knows better. If you’re reading this there are other business who still value honest customer feedback and don’t hold your rewards points hostage for posting a negative review about product quality.

    Gone down hill very quickly lately. The prerolls are garbage. They do not smoke because they are not packed down. Very cheap product very poorly crafted. I’ve thrown away more product in the past few days than I have used because of absolute failures in something as simple as rolling a joint. Novel Idea: DON’T SELL SOMETHING YOU CLEARLY AREN’T WILLING TO PUT THE TIME IN TO DO CORRECTLY. Also: They recently removed their veterans discount and raised prices for junk that you can’t even smoke. Seems they are showing signs of serious financial crisis and it’s translated into the quality of their product. I will be going in to clear what points I have left and will not return again. Been a customer since they opened the doors but this is as bad as I have ever seen it. Really hope they make the necessary improvements to bring this place back. But for now absolutely AVOID. Sorry Gayle. You’re still great!! Update: it’s almost like you recently changed the prerolls. I am upset about my veterans discount but also the poor quality of the prerolls. One of those is not mutually exclusive to the other. Customers can have multiple reasons to be upset about your business practices. Also sad you can just pull up my customer history like that and see the value I brought to your business and still want to tag me in the comment section on Google. Another gleaming representation of your business ethics and standards. Guess you won’t be missing another long term customer then.
