A nice showroom and decent prices on some products but the employees are extremely rude and incompetent with their job. From someone who spends thousands of dollars a month on cannabis, they surely can’t seem to Get their head out of their own behind enough to let their ego go when they’re being told They’re not doing their job correctly. Constantly trying to overcharge me and catching attitude when they are caught. The owners there need to smarten up because they just lost a decent chunk of their income.

Talk about atmosphere! Not your ordinary weed shop - starting with the fishes at the front welcoming you in, the store is large, open, and OMG the stones/crystals table!! No touchy but mannnn I wanted to! Lots of glassware selections and MUST see the specialty glass cars at the front by the ATM. I wish I had gotten a picture. We found good selection online, good pricing, the preroll we selected hits. Can't wait to try the vapes.

I live in Eugene, and don't mind biking out of my way for Deep Roots' exceptional selection/service. Always helpful, and expert budtenders. There's not a shop in Eugene/Springfield that can compete with Deep Roots! If I lived in Springfield, I'd be taking advantage of their delivery on the regular.

Very cozy dispensary, we enjoy the experience everytime! The budtenders are very friendly and patient, we never feel rushed. They are knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we ask. Kat (sp?) is especially kind and helpful everytime we come in. Aside from the amazing care they provide, the selection is always great and has never disappointed us! As a matter of fact leaving this review reminds me I need to stop by again today! XD

A very positive experience visiting -everyone at Deep Roots kind and positive. An innovative approach as inside is almost like a museum, really fascinating art and i would like to give 5 stars for that and also wanted to mention your High Desert full spectrum lotion - super effective and almost instant effect that is long lasting, Very thankful for that keep up the great works!
