I have been a loyal customer for quite some time and spend more than I’d like to admit there. Every trip in before today’s was always amazing. Today I had the worst encounter with the red headed “store manager” for one , she couldn’t even get her online menu straight even after 15 minutes of sitting there waiting.. not to mention products on the website listed as 100g for weed. Whole online mess, with zero care from her end. Completely unprofessional as well. Here’s my issue, today I ordered online For an ounce of weed. I go in to pick up my online order, Then to be told that the ounce that I had ordered online was being held for somebody else. It wasn’t a big issue for me until I decided to pick out other quarters thinking that it was all going to amount the same. When it came to ringing up, I realized that there was a huge price difference from the original ounce same company of the quarters I was buying. So not only did I not get my ounce that I ordered online and told that it had been saved for somebody else the manager being in charge of everything should’ve taken it off the online menu six days ago because that’s how long she had told me I’ve been sitting there waiting for that person to pick up. The holding items for seven days is absolutely crazy to me. ESPECIALLY AFTER 6 DAYS!!!! Anywho, you lost a good customer. Love all of the budtenders and the original gal that was helping me is beyond adorable and very professional. However, manager isn’t holding up on company values and making you guys look bad. Yikes. Red headed gal told me her name, but I space out names of disgruntled employees.
