I don’t shop here but my lady does , I will say you guys have Great deals BUT some friendly advice I would give you guys is to just switch it up a bit on your personal flower. Idk if it’s the soil you guys use or what but it could be way better. I get mid tier vibes from it and I can’t smoke that type of stuff. Looks good , smells decent but it’s nothing special. Sometimes it’s dry as well , She comes home trying to match up with my stuff & it just doesn’t compare tbh. I want to like you guys , hopefully the batches switch up soon to some Pressure & keep your menu freshly rotating. UPDATE: Changing my review from a 2 to a 5 because I see the improvement ! The recent Lemonz & Glazed ice batches were MUCH better. Very tasty & the quality difference from before was undeniable. If you can get the rest of your strains quality like those 2 , you guys will do very very well. Good work , stay consistent !

I used to purchase my ounces here until an employee physically touched me and when I went to complain the manager, he justified it, saying “everyone has the right to a bad day.” Luckily, I'm not the cop calling type. But, I can’t return bc I have PTSD and I don’t want to put myself in a position to be “triggered”. Beautiful facility, most bud-tenders are friendly/great, horrible management. What was most offensive is the discount he offered as if I’d ever return

I don't know what's going on at the marlboro location but they went downhill fast... I don't know why they are getting any jeeters in it's been weeks and they have none and nobody knows anything... I called and spoke to a child that said he was the manager and they still have february specials online. I don't know if somebody is on vacation but I guess I gotta find a new dispensary... thought the owner might want to know why their losing customers

Sometimes I pick up my edibles here as the deals aren't too bad. The guy who's usually working the security desk at night also seems to hate his life, hope he's alright.

The product quality here is serviceable, but the presentation suffers from an over-engineered uniformity. Good bag appeal, but regardless of strain, the flower exhibits similar density, smell, and visual profile, which diminishes the individuality and phenotypic expression that typically distinguishes one cultivar from another. While this consistency may appeal to consumers seeking predictability, it ultimately erodes the sense of uniqueness connoisseurs value. Could manage to take a page from their business partner Smyth’s cultivation practices, but honestly, that could just be my opinion. Fair price point for central MA and understandably that’s a factor as well. Operationally, the retail experience is adequate but not standout in either med or rec imo. Customer service interactions feel inconsistent and perfunctory. Additionally, the refusal to accept paper-issued identification on the med side raises practical concerns. If IDs are legally valid, the policy seems unnecessarily restrictive. Not bad bud, just not my first or second choice, and definitely not by way of this location.
