I spent over $200 here and was asked repeatedly to come back and enjoy the lounge. I was told that it's wheelchair accessible and directed to where the elevator was for my return. I came back at 10:13, was carded, and made my way to the elevator. A man yelled over that last call was at 10:30. I noted the time was only 10:15 and the man came over and said that the elevator was broken just as the doors opened so I could go up. Dumbfounded, he stuttered and said well I don't know, but you can't go up and I was turned away. Discrimination at its finest. To lie to my face and have the elevator door open said it all. They don't have a welcoming atmosphere for people with disabilities. They take your money, offer you a perk, and then discriminate against you. No accessible door openers either. If you have a disability, rely on a wheelchair for independence, and want to be respected, DO NOT GO TO HIGH ROLLERS!!!
