I’m leaving a bad review because I always having a terrible day yesterday. Like seriously could not g catch a break. I’m waiting around because there is no lines. Which I highly recommend this needs to be fixed. I’m waiting for someone to help me while I’m looking at flowers and 2 other people walk in after me. I’m not thinking anything I’m still checking out what’s in the cases. And to my surprise I look up and both people who walked in after me are being helped! I speak out and say hey I’ve been waiting here a lot longer than these people who walked in after me. And the bud tender put his hand up to kind of like shush me and say I still need to wait. I waited for another 5+ minutes before I was helped and the person that I came in before took the flower that I wanted.

My first time at this establishment. I was helped by a gentleman. Named Aiden, ask for him!

I have been to numerous dispensaries in Washington, Oregon, and California. While I appreciate the selection here, the service model is too inefficient for me to recommend this to anyone. They do a "no line" model where you have to wander around the store looking for an available employee. If there is no one available (which has been the case every time I've come here), you have to monitor all the folks in the store to see who gets done first, because there is no line. This also allows more aggressive customers to skip all the folks who have been waiting quietly. I prefer online orders and wait until my online order is ready to go in. There is no dedicated place for online pick-up orders, so you are also entered into the pool of waiting customers to be randomly selected for service. I've also shown up on two separate occasions where all the ATMs were down and we couldn't get anyone to help us. Conversely, other dispensaries in the area have more structured, organized service models that allow for timely service. Picking up an online order that was ready before you got there doesn't need to be a 20+ minute affair, I promise.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful here. Typically they always have $20 Incredibulk ounces that I like to get, they are always a hit or miss depending on what strain you get. Love coming here when I can
