One employee repeatedly gave me false information about what was in stock instead of simply saying she couldn't access the item. I was later told it was because she couldn't reach the top shelf, but that's not a reason to mislead customers. Instead, she tried to sell me something I didn't ask for and seemed unfamiliar with the products. I usually have a decent experience here, but I don't understand why honesty wasn't the approach.

To have grown men try and intimidate a young woman is absolutely disgusting. I know people think that doing their job means to harass and belittle customers but that is not part of your job I came in with my adult daughter while she was having a panic attack we came there for the benefits of what they sell. At that time when approaching the counter we were asked to take off our hoods we did for our hoods back off of our faces and approach to counter where this employee seen that we took our hoods back and then barrels over a very small woman and tries to intimidate and say so you're not going to take off your hood when clearly he can see our faces we say you can see us and our faces are clear our hoods are not hiding our faces he tries to be intimidating we ask for somebody else to help us which happens but by this time my daughter is in a full-blown panic attack and literally breaks down and has to go to the car before she can even finish her purchase. The fact that you could see somebody was in distress while coming into your facility and treat them so poorly is disgusting we won't be back there and I hope that the employees at this store understand that not everybody just partakes in what you guys sell some people actually use it to help them get through each day so remember that when you're approaching people and in the manner that you're approaching them.

Nothing is on display, major lack of customer service do to this. This business is sure to keep going down hill and remain there. They only care about the products but not the service. But in quality assurance, its not just the products produced, it's also the journey to get the product. From this perspective, the business failed the customer and prioritized other aspects that ruined the over all experience. I would not suggest your business nor come back at this point. I can find the same products else where for the same price with better service. Thus my rating is sooooo low, your not worth it anymore.

I was an og customer. Haven't been in a few years. Hate to say kind of weak now. All flower i could see was sealed away in pre-made jars. Can't really get a good eye on it, and more importantly you cant smell it. Take the 10 minute drive to Oregon better prices too.
