    I went in to Red Barn the other day looking for pain relief rub. Nate was super friendly from the start and guided and educated me perfectly to what I needed. I will definitely go back for his guidance

    Not Recommended. Rude Staff. *Updated Review* I have always had a positive experience coming into Red Barn since you folks opened, BUT my visit early last week was quite the opposite. My partner and I were blatantly ignored by the staff when we entered the store. I found that really strange because I've always been greeted when I enter the store. So after the staff began helping customers that came in after me, I loudly asked if my partner and I were invisible. No Response at all. When we finally did get help, the bartender was definitely not apologetic and acted like I was being a problem. I have the right to be upset that you ignored me when I came in AND skipped over me on top of that! I have the right to be upset when I'm treated poorly, can I have the right to ask about it. It's not like there was a huge rush, there was only about five or six people in the store at that time. And I get that there was only two Bud tenders, but that doesn't change the fact that I said I was next in line and they just helped other customers anyway. RUDE! Unless I hear back from somebody I'm just going to start shopping somewhere else, and I'm going to tell my friends and family to do the same thing too. Nobody wants to come into a place to spend their hard-earned cash and be treated poorly by the staff. That's absolutely unacceptable
