I've been to so many dispensaries, and this one consistently stands out because of the people. The manager Leo is always fantastic. I had a number of questions the last time I was there, and Leo took the time to actually listen and answer every one of them. He didn't make me feel rushed or pressured, and he was also super kind and attentive to his team out on the floor. The whole experience was easy and welcoming, and you can tell the staff genuinely care about helping customers. Truly the only dispo around worth going to!

Report of Suspicious Activity with Rise/Lorain staff, On 07/17/2026, I placed an online order at the Rise in Lorain county. I ordered two(2), Modern Flower : Blue Beach Haze. At the counter, the order was clearly switched with "RO" Branded Blue Beach Haze, against DCC-Ohio rules/regulation. The Suspicious Activity with staff: 1. The lone guy working the counter gave me an attitude saying: "Modern Flower and RO is the same company." I'm thinking: same company but, different brand/product line, whatever. I just cancelled the order which the employee did. Then another guy(Believed Manager), comes out and repeats/says: "Modern Flower is the same company as RO, but I can respect that you want the packaging to match." ???, not, Sorry about that, that's against DCC rules... Price difference: Modern Flower $150-half oz / RO $80-half oz. The Odd Part: Charged me the corrected amount for the corrected order but, still completed the original order of 2 Modern Flower - Blue Beach Haze, the higher amount to my Rise account. However, charged the corrected amount to aero pay??? Please review the security feed of this transaction. Attachments
