Employees are usually pretty cool here. Unfortunately they have raised prices tremendously. This was the go-to place for vape carts and that is no longer. Not sure why their vape prices have skyrocketed but they are no longer affordable for me from here. Thank goodness there are other dispensaries who recognize people need affordable medications.

The store is great! Easy to get in and out of; always clean; there's plenty of parking; a drive through is available as well. The staff is always super friendly and very knowledgeable. They'll let you know if you have any available perks (if you're a Loyalty Member) & will work to get the best deal for you. The product is almost always available & in my opinion, it is better than some other local dispensaries. Especially the All-In-One Vapes and their gummies.

I decided to come back and give it a chance and, besides the occasional waiting, they have done a good job and service has been much more friendly. I can't give 5* because there's always a wait even if I do good to go and there's no one else in the line but it's been much better than six months ago so I gave it a fair rating.

You guys must be new to weed because this place's weed sucks. It's simple. Plus they have the same old crap. Always never nothing new and when they do they want to charge way too much for it this weed is fair at best and their floor to dep weed has to be the worst weed in Florida. That crap is so dry

Their prices are outrageous, it’s 2026 and they think $90 for a 1g cart of distillate is a good idea, oh don’t worry its on sale for $50…mean while right down the street at Green dragon you can get 1g distillate for $30 and if you feel like driving $20 at cookies sometimes $15.

My first few experiences here were actually pretty solid. The flower impressed me, even if the prices didn’t. Unfortunately, my 4/20 experience completely changed my perception of this dispensary. I placed an online pickup order around 11:30am before heading to work. When I arrived later that afternoon, I was told they hadn’t had enough staff to package all the online orders, and every strain I ordered had sold out. That was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. As a former dispensary General Manager and former corporate training director for another cannabis company, I understand firsthand how challenging 4/20 can be. But I also know that dispensaries handling much higher volumes can successfully prepare for one of the industry’s busiest day without letting patients down to this extent. If staffing struggles happen on a random weekday, that’s one thing - but on 4/20, there really isn’t much excuse for being this unprepared. I do want to say the employees in the store seemed to be doing the best they could with what they had. This felt much more like a corporate staffing and operational failure than an issue with the frontline team. When I asked the manager on duty about it, he looked completely defeated, shrugged, and apologized, saying they simply didn’t have enough hands. Overall, the experience left a pretty negative impression and honestly I think I’ll be sticking with Curaleaf from now on, even if Surterra is a block away from my house. .

The dispensary has good products at good prices, however, the last two times my husband has been in, there was a female bud-tender with a terrible attitude. She nearly berated the customer in front of my husband, and then told my husband she couldn’t help him if he didn’t know what he wanted. All he wanted to do was look at the menu and ask some questions before his purchase. I understand having a bad day once in a while, but today was the second time in two weeks. If you’re not going to do well in a customer service job, you should not have a customer service job. She also refused to give her name. It makes us want to go to a different dispensary so we don’t have to chance dealing with her again.

0 STARS!! Do not go here if you value your time!! Every customer was with a representative for awhile because everyone had to come up with a new order because they were too busy to fufill the online orders. Online order placed at noon for 9 items at 6pm upon arrival I was told they only had three. What he said was "dude we like walked into a hundred orders" and what I heard I was we were completely unprepared for the busiest day of our year. Ordered the rest of what I needed from Curaleaf and it was waiting for me twenty minutes later when i got there including some of the beat deals of the day $10 for 3.5. Yes I understand it's the busiest day of the year for the marijuana community but did they?

Visited yesterday and bought two 3.5gs of the Florida DEP Don Dada. Upon opening both bags they were underweight. The first bag had 3.2g while the second bag, before even opening I could tell was grossly wrong, had 1.4 g. This is completely unacceptable and now that the bags are open obviously there is no way to prove to the store. How can you keep this from happening? Will never return for business there are much more reputable dispensaries within the area.
