The products are amazing and so is the customer service. Naz is amazing. She’s helpful, knowledgeable, and super efficient.

Epic experience with Naz and Abram. While in the store an incredibly rude customer came in frustrated he was not immediately seen (he literally waited 3 minutes) and demanding he be immediately seen. They handled the situation calmly and professionally despite the customers tantrum (he stormed out saying he was calling the manager). Big Kudos to Naz & Abram I would not have been as calm.

I’ve been coming to this location for nearly two years and today was no different in terms of the service I received from Naz and Abram. These two are genuinely the reason I look forward to restocking every couple of weeks. They’re knowledgeable, personable, always up to date on current deals, and make what could be a quick, forgettable errand feel like a genuinely good part of my day. If you’re coming in, ask for them. You won’t regret it. That said, I’m leaving this review because of something that happened today, May 21st, around 6:10 PM, that I think both other customers and management need to be aware of. While I was being checked out, a group of three people walked in. Within no more than 90 seconds of waiting, they began making comments about how long things were taking, questioning why two employees weren’t moving faster, and creating a disruptive, uncomfortable environment for me, for the other customer being checked out at the same time, and for Naz and Abram, who handled it with far more grace than the situation deserved. The group mentioned they were late to a graduation. That is a personal planning issue, and it is not the responsibility of the employees, the store, or the customers ahead of them to absorb that stress. No one in that store caused them to be late. No one owed them an expedited experience at the expense of people who were already being served. I make a point of being patient, especially with older folks, as they usually need it I’d appreciate the same basic courtesy in return. Naz and Abram deserved better today, and I want management to know they represented this store with professionalism under genuinely unpleasant circumstances. I’ll also be following up with someone above the store level to make sure this is documented properly, particularly in the event that the individuals involved attempt to spin this situation in a review of their own. This is a store I love coming to. Please don’t let people like that define the experience for everyone else. Call me if clarification is needed my file is in the database.
