  One of the less appealing dispensaries I’ve been to in the entire city. The doors don’t work, poor line management, waited for a really long time despite only one other customer being in the room. Would not frequent again.

  Very poor service. Rude and careless. A male employee didn’t give me the correct change and couldn’t be bothered to fix it. I walked out. I won’t be returning — this place doesn’t respect customers

  Came here on 4/20 and was pleasantly surprised by the chill vibes and quality products offered here. I was treated very well and would definitely come back here for sure. High marks for the staff, who were courteous and knowledgeable.

  I’ve only been here twice and both times the staff was friendly and helpful. They have a very good selection of brands I can’t usually find uptown. I will be back.

  I won't knock a hustle ... But as my first time showing up .. wasn't asked what I was interested in, no one there bothered to ask if I need any ideas ... Place was blaaah , bought some pre rolls and that took forever to process,guy kept saying I had to wait and I felt uncomfortable but ayy truthfully I walked out feeling like I got ripped off rather than a satisfied customer. Shit fishy being close to lex as it is .

  I’ve visited Tetra East Harlem Dispensary several times to pick up a treat for a friend, supporting the local business since its opening. Each time I’ve gone in, Angela has usually assisted me and has always been friendly and helpful. However, I stopped by today around 5:15 PM, and the customer service I encountered was utterly appalling. I had to ask for a refund because I refused to spend my money at a black-owned business that treats its customers poorly. I felt disrespected by one of the black males at the register (he doesn’t deserve to be called a man, given his attitude) when I asked him a question. I have already advised anyone I know who frequent this business to stop spending their money there and to inform others to do the same if they cannot be treated with respect. I also remember this same individual trying to solicit the businesses customers. It’s disheartening to see a black-owned business in the neighborhood that I wanted to support, represented by someone who acts as if he’s in a prison yard. This business is a total joke and will not survive in the neighborhood because of its staff's behavior.
