Just moved to Mott Haven and my friend recommended Con Bud. I usually order from MetroBud but their payment system is annoying. I’m so glad that I took the chance to order from a new dispensary. They are a full facility with CBD products too, not just THC. I ordered the soothing canna gel to help with fibromyalgia pain and inflammation and I’m feeling better. My delivery was flawless and I give this service The 5 Star General! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 @BadAssMamaChula

Definitely one of the best there! Always friendly. Always smiling and super helpful. She takes her time to suggest things that are new and looks you up to use data and inform her suggestions. Love her!

I’ve been enough that 90% of the staff knows me! So when buying my cannabis I’m excited to know that I’m gonna see a trusted familiar face! I enjoy Conbud Mott haven a lot!

Over multiple visits and delivery orders, I have experienced ongoing issues with poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and apparent mismanagement of the store operations. My concerns include the following: • Delivery orders frequently go undelivered or sit pending for extended periods because there is reportedly no driver available. Customers are not informed of delays or cancellations in a timely manner, which wastes both time and money. • The store repeatedly fails to answer its phone during business hours despite numerous attempts to contact them. • On several occasions when visiting the store in person, employees appeared visibly impaired or under the influence while working. • Employees have been observed rolling marijuana products at the counter area, smoking marijuana or cigarettes outside the establishment during work hours, and focusing more on watching basketball games or movies on the store’s large television screens than assisting customers. • Customer service and professionalism appear to be a very low priority within the establishment, creating an uncomfortable and frustrating environment for paying customers. As a customer, I expect a licensed dispensary to operate professionally, responsibly, and in compliance with all applicable regulations and workplace standards. Unfortunately, my repeated experiences at this location have demonstrated the opposite. I respectfully request that management investigate these issues and take corrective action to improve staffing, customer communication, workplace professionalism, and overall service quality.

Never never go there. The cashier was so rude today. It was my first time and I am from Brooklyn. Never again and it is so deserted the area. Her attitude discouraged me 1000%. Never again. I ran out of there without purchasing. Her sales experience was terrible. You never let money walk out.

DO NOT GO THERE. They over priced for garbage. The place is empty no one goes there. Save your money and go elsewhere. Plus the cashier was not smart. She ran my card and did not know what she was doing. On top of that she was rude. STAY AWAY!

The place is hard to find, otherwise the place itself is clean and spacious. The staff are professional and respectful, and the bud is good.
