Great people and beautiful location. I’ve been to the other sites (TW Chicopee, etc). While this one is a little smaller, it’s what you need. Order online and pick up quick.

I was told by staff members that I could bring my vape back with the packaging if I had troubles with it and I would be able to get it replaced. I bought a vape after doing so many times here. The vape was not pulling—I would take a 10 second hit and barely anything would come out. I tried charging the vape and everything. I went into the store and the staff were nice as always. The person who told me I could come back if I had issues even said I didn’t need to bring the receipt when I returned and she checked my ID. When I went into the back, the manager immediately was rude to me. The staff were getting ready to exchange the vape when the rude manager asked to speak to me outside. She claims she used a device to “check” my vape and said it worked. She told me to hit the vape. First, this is very unsanitary for her to ask me to hit my vape after using a device that was in my mouth before, and has touched many other used vapes. When i hit the vape and a very little amount smoke came out, she rudely told me that I was lying and that the vape worked and that she wouldn’t exchange it. She was so nasty and I kind of felt targeted for my religion as she was staring at my necklace a lot. She went, “why would I give you replacement? You can see that smoke is coming out.” I tried to explain to her that I had to take a blinker to get a normal amount of smoke out, and that I had to charge it shortly after opening it. She treated me like I was dumb, and totally ignored me when I asked her what to do when it breaks again like it did 5 minutes later. She accused me of just not liking the vape, when it very clearly wasn’t working front of her. I just don’t understand why she would act like that when all of the other staff members were ok with me exchanging my vape for something of the same price. The vape was practically full. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day, or if she has a problem with the Jewish star necklace she constantly stared at. I will never come back here again after my experience with her. Better off going to ZenLeaf a few miles down the road.

Love this place. Prices are the best out of all the dispensaries in Jersey and Jai is the best. 💪🏾💪🏾 but I will say this the wait times is horrible yal need more people. It’s makes no sense to preorder for pickup but wait 25 to 30 minutes in line. What’s the purpose??

*Revised Review* Theory Wellness is starting to feel & look like other typical dispensaries: sterile environment, very little sales & recent changes to their point earning program has me reminiscing of the first year after grand opening. I am hoping this dispensary will soon return to giving the better prices to it's loyal customers because there is now fewer reasons to visit this place.
