This place is a joke and I hope that whatever you buy works because they they don't do anything about it but be rude as hell!! Won't ever go back! Update!!! So Jim was amazing and really tried to help me but those above his head are saying I can only replace it! Ok so I ask for store credit so either way Thrive keeps the money but noooo so with that said I will NOT be changing my review!
