JENNY KUSH IS THE BEST! I had an amazing experience at Trulieve, all thanks to Jenny Kush! From the moment I walked in, her urgency was incredibly welcoming and positive. She is deeply knowledgeable about the products, took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for, and gave me some of the best recommendations I've ever had. She didn't try to rush me or just upsell the most expensive items. Instead, she guided me toward the items the best suited my needs. Her passion for helping customers shines through in her work ethic. If you visit this location, do yourself a favor and ask for Jenny Kush- she is an absolute gem and an asset to the Trulieve team! I will be definitely coming back because of Jenny Kush!

I appreciate the frequent specials and just a suggestion for pick up orders.. if you’re out of the product that was ordered you should tell the customer before they pay for their order instead of just putting whatever in place of it. Let the customer have the option to chose what they are purchasing. That was very surprising to me to have someone just pick something to replace a missing item and not even mention it or ask my preference

Good reefa and the budtender was dope. She was honest and just didn’t say “oh yea that good” and turns out it’s whack! I forget her name but a sweetheart. Shout out from Seattle !

Allotment Police Work Here: My Bud tender today would not let me walk out with 4 vapes. Every dispensary I’ve ever been to will let you walk to your car, come right back in, and pickup the 2nd order if it’s over the allotment for a single order. My 40 year old bud tender today stated that her system wouldn’t allow it within 24 hours. Every dispensary I’ve ever been to (even other trulieve locations) will allow this because they want to make money. Avoid the Karen at the front desk, who likely still refers to weed as “pot” and “grass”.

I really enjoy the atmosphere and employees at Trulieve AJ! I don’t typically enjoy shopping at dispensaries but being there three times now, it’s been an easygoing and enthusiastic experience. This was my first time placing an online order and it was so simple. The deals are fantastic! Flower specials are great and especially for vapes(turn in particular). Corrine, who was working up front, communicated which edibles were not in stock; so willing to get me the specific ones I was wanting. I genuinely appreciate the staff for being so accommodating since I placed my order so early!

TRUly a great experience coming here every time. Staff is knowledgeable and makes sure you walk out with the best deal. The system was having some issues applying my discounts they made sure to manually go in and override the pricing errors without me even having to ask. 10/10

What a fantastic experience! Kirsten, my budtender, was amazing. She greeted me with a smile and enthusiastically greeted me at the door after she had checked me in. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products I wanted and even suggested something I had not yet tried. After partaking in her suggestion I would agree with her assessment of the quality of the product. Sluggers Hit from Big League Smoke has some great punch for the price point. And the whole experience of opening a “Baseball Card” as a part of the product makes that much cooler! Overall, another awesome experience at Trulieve of Apache Junction. And this is why I pass 3 other dispensaries and drive from San Tan, every time is a home run! 5/5 would always recommend!
