I purcahsed a cartridge and broke in the packaging before I opened it, but after purchasing it. I called and spoke with Ashley about the return policy. I am so happy the 75$ product could be replaced with no extra charge. Ashley, great customer services 5 out 5 🌟 Also she is very helpful every time I go to the shop. I know I can trust her opinion with older and newer products. She knows her stuff! Keep up the good work, team! Update, this story has lost its value. Tonight I experienced the worse customer care yet when it comes to dispensaries. Think ill take my long term business to shop.
