Every time I visit Ponderosa, Sharon delivers the kind of customer service that keeps you coming back. She’s knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and actually listens to what you’re looking for instead of just trying to sell you something. Her product knowledge is excellent, and she does a great job explaining different options and making recommendations without ever making you feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customer experience and takes pride in what she does. Ponderosa has a great budtender in Sharon. If you get the opportunity to have her help you, you’re in good hands. Definitely 5-star service!
