  Do not trust their pricing or advertised discounts. I am a long-time cannabis consumer and a pioneer of this industry, and the lack of service across this entire brand is completely unacceptable.This is not a one-off incident. I have expressed concerns about different ERBA locations and this specific store before. In the past, I’ve written bad reviews, management resolved the issue, and I was fair enough to update it to a positive review. However, because of their extreme, ongoing employee turnover, they always slide right back into the same exact toxic behavior. It shows how unstable and poorly managed this business model truly is.Today, my number was called and it was my turn. Because their selection was extremely low, I expressed frustration and was still trying to decide on an alternative. The budtender literally stopped serving me, ignored me, and started helping other people behind me in line. When I called him out and asked for a manager, he tried to flip the blame and act like it was my fault.As a disabled customer who explicitly explained I use cannabis for medicinal purposes, this was flat-out discrimination. He tried to claim my frustration was about price, when I repeatedly made it clear it was a strain-oriented medical necessity—if I do not get the specific effects I need, price is irrelevant. I explicitly explained to the manager how much of my valuable time they were wasting. As a disabled business owner, I am currently on a strict clock to pack up and clear my belongings out of my commercial business after navigating unprecedented hits from Covid and the Palisades fire. This apartment crisis was the final blow. They chose to sit there playing petty games instead of doing their jobs. The manager did not even have the basic decency to say 'I’m sorry you are having to close your business,' and instead continued to try to rip me off on their sale.She claimed she was giving me a '50% medical accommodation' on a $38 item, but charged me $26. Real wholesale and retail math shows a true 50% discount drops the subtotal to $19 before tax. They just applied their standard 30% Saturday store promotion, messed with the tax line to hit $26, and lied to my face. Management clearly fails to realize they are completely out of legal compliance in multiple areas—including direct disability discrimination under the Unruh Act and deceptive consumer pricing practices. I am actively considering reporting this entire location and transaction to the proper state regulatory agencies, including the Department of Cannabis Control and the California Civil Rights Department. I already quit going to ERBA Venice and ERBA Sawtelle years ago, and now this location has officially failed off my list too. Avoid this brand entirely.

  A bunch of Weed Nazi's - they watched the Seinfeld episode with the soup and said let's apply this to the pot we sell. I tried to come in but was told I had a ban from the Venice location and would not be allowed to enter Pico. Reason for the Ban: Erba tried to sell me a 9 month old 1/8th with a broken seal for $92+ after tax. I called out Rose, the manager of the Venice location, for products being sold with broken seals, old cannabis, and not honoring prices. However, security told me today the ban is because I "threatened violence and property damage" which is an untrue and wild allegation. I asked him to please call the police and file a report, and I'd wait for them to arrive and explain - but obviously since the threats never happened they refused to call the police and asked me to leave which I did with out incident. Now here's the craziest part... as I'm standing in line getting my explanation for being banned an older gentleman came in right after me and was informed he was also banned for yelling. In decades of cannabis use, I have never seen a banned customer in a dispensary let alone two at the same time for unrelated reasons. When you check the reviews you can see many people have been banned or threatened with a ban. None of the dispensaries I frequent have any mentions of bans in their reviews but Erba has MANY and it is certainly unusual. NO WEED FOR YOU! NEXT.

  I was helped by Brenda she was amazing but I wanted to return something and the manger Brianna came full of herself arrogant and rude. I would never step in this store with this behaviour of the round manger. She’s really miserable

  Britta and the staff were so helpful and amazing when I had a defective vape pen it rarely happens, but they really took care of me and I’ll keep coming back to them on a regular basis. Love this place.

  Im honestly done giving this place the benefit of the doubt. This is the third time I've walked all the way here to pay with credit, only to be told the credit terminal is down again. At a California dispensary in 2025, that's not an inconvenience - thats just incompetence. If you can't keep can't keep your payment system functioning, stop advertising that you take credit. Its misleading. And it's not just the payment issues. One of the in-house vape cartridges I bought here literally had hair inside it. That's a basic contamination failure, and it makes me question how anything is being checked before it hits the shelf. The staff are fine, but the operational standards here are not. Customers shouldn't have to waste their time and walk back empty handed because the store can't keep its equipment working or maintain proper quality control. Management needs to get it together - this isn't acceptable.

  I only come to this place because it’s close to my house. The prices here are absolutely sky high. I would recommend going to another place where they have tax included in the bud tenders don’t show visible irritation when you don’t tip. What are you doing? Why would I give you a 15% tip for grabbing a product for me? Never understood that type of mindset. Other than that, the security guards and most budtenders are relatively cool. Spending $70 for a basic 3.5 Is absolute robbery. I probably won’t be coming back here unless desperately needed.
