I went in to my favorite dispensary and just found out my budtender has to share their tips with everyone else which is very wrong to me this is not a fast food establishment. First and foremost I don't want to have my budtender who graciously took their time to commit and educate me and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of for me to leave a $20 tip for them and me to learn after the fact they have to share it. Its ok for staff to ensure that their hard work and dedication is awarded properly not taken away and given to someone who wasn't working as hard. Nug needs to change that for their employees to keep their wages especially when gas prices and living expenses is hard.

Good quality and friendly staff, but pay in cash. I did an online order, chose cashless, and got slapped with 6 dollars in ATM fees. (Even though I didn't use an ATM?)

It's only my second time in and wow the customer service has been superb each time. Anthony, my guy. I call ahead to ask the kind staff to check for me their Marys Medicinals patches to avoid popping pain pills with this herniated disc in my neck. What I'm trying to say is I'll hop my in pain self to ride 2 busses to come receive and experience such a positive service even if it's a little further than the NUG nearestme to downtown (everytime I call they are low on patches so don't be surprised If I clear y'all out!) anywho, thank you and keep it up! You all are awesome thank you boss man for the pain patches! I'm going to keep calling that location specifically for 😊 sure blessings!

This is my closest dispensary, so I want to like it here. But this visit left me feeling shafted. Came in for the 50% off 420 sale and asked specifically for flower and cartridges. Loved the flower but my guys. Left with all-in-ones ….which are twice the price …. and didn’t realize it until I got home. Also note there’s a lot more plastic on an aio and if it’s 4/20 it’s also earth week. A few things that made this worse: the products aren’t displayed so you can actually see what’s a cartridge vs. an all-in-one. Everything comes out in a bag, so there’s no moment to look at what you’re buying before it’s handed to you. And the rotating sales make it genuinely hard to track what’s actually a deal. I don’t think anyone was trying to rip me off. But I left spending significantly more than I intended on something I didn’t ask for. Better product visibility and one sentence of clarification at checkout would fix this entirely. The confusion is why I find myself trekking to oakanna or off the charts even if they’re both pretty out of my way.
