  My friend went to this place and asked for a oz, got a couple of carts and when he got home he realized that he had just paid $130 for a half oz! The phone doesn't work at this store and he doesn't have transportation to go back to the store so he couldn't call the store to let them know. He called the other store and they said they couldn't do anything about it. This is a person who is disabled and I think it's probable that she just took advantage of the fact that he didn't know she had given him half the product that he had asked for. The flower is Cam and is crappy and not worth more than $50 an oz! I will Never go to any of the Sweet Spot dispensary locations again because of this. I thought they were overpriced and I never bought anything from them. Went to one and saw the prices and walked out.

  I do not recommend going here, I had never here and within the first minute they are demanding i have to give them my phone number and email. Then they demanded that I carry around a basket to enter the store, even to just look. "you don't have to shop here" was a great response by the managers! these "policies " you demand are ridiculous. no grown man wants to carry a little basket around

  Because I got high I forgot to write this post two weeks ago this spot the sweet spot on Piner Road. It's absolutely hands-down. The best shop in town. It's the only shop I come to buy my product. The deals are always amazing. The staff is wonderful and the owner. He truly cares about his workers and his products. I always see him there working as well as long as you support the shop trust me they will take care of you. Not only that they also own a regular shop next to the downtown mall they got a lot of great snacks there with checking out. And you definitely find things you will never see other other stores

  It's good store with good service only thing is the good weed runs out quickly and ur stuck buying weed u. NEver tried before it's always a hit or miss situation and it's annoying even if u buy top shelf weed it's always a hit or miss but that low shelf weed made me stop coming here they try to sell you weed that's on sell and then u try it but it's stress that makes you want to quit and also the black lady with braids I think she don't work there anymore but she always giving me racist looks like I'm going to steal something , I went to the competition and I’m starting to love it there also customer service is more genuine and real. Rather than try to sell you bunk that’s on sell

  2/16/26 the short and balding latino worker will lie to your face and tell you products aren’t defective, then try to gaslight you saying you’re wrong, but you’ve bought from the same company and brand for years, and this is the first time you have any of their carts taste like burnt metal. At the end of the interaction, the worker still offered me a discount for my next purchase, but why offer the compensation if there is no issue worth fixing to begin with ? would definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere for better customer service and deals. there is nothing “sweet” about this spot except how easy it is to never come back, would give “0” stars if it were an option P.S. I went to another dispensary after this negative experience, and the first thing the workers there told me was how the product (cartridge) looked burnt at the top, and immediately even smelled burnt compared to the smell of that strain, could probably just be a defective coil. In all the raw garden carts I’ve purchased, none have ever had that dark ring of oil happen at the top. It’s quite disheartening to have your concerns dismissed and brushed off after spending your money, just for your defective product concerns to be immediately validated at a different dispensary. I’m attaching a picture below for reference, but overall just a total let down of customer service, even as dispensary’s you can receive a credit for defective products. As I had to wait in line for a few minutes to be helped as well, I also overheard the worker tell another customer they only had 2 workers and were short staffed (the store only had 3 customers total including myself) so maybe they could have been having a long day, and taken out their frustrations on me by brushing me off and refusing to help, but just wanted to make sure others were aware of my experience to beware.

  Would like to give a negative 5 star review for this business. I’ve always been treated nicely until today when some new manager made me feel belittled and uncomfortable. Made me feel discriminated against from my age and physical disability of not being able to see very well. Using her power To impact the business, she works for in a negative way. Giving an ultimatum take the battery I’m offering you or I will refuse you service! Has no proper skills in dealing with customer service customer resolution, and successful business management. It’s unfortunate to have an employee such as that ruin an image for a company.

  1/08/26 -- arrived at 7:35 and walked in no one greeted me and the kid behind the counter just said ID over here. There was another girl behind the counter who was just starring at her phone. I gave him my ID and he put it back on the counter and didn't say a word or ask me anything. I thought that was odd and put my id in the cart and intended to put it in my wallet after the purchase because sometimes they ask for the name again (always high and lazy in these stores). I paid for my items and forgot the id and the Kid who rang me out never handed it back to me after looking at the cart to grab each item. I left the store and came back maybe a half hour later and asked for my ID the kid acted like he never saw me and asked for my ID. I told him her rang me out and I came back for it. He ignored me and called the manager Mandy, She told me she couldn't do anything and the kid was being a PUNK (charlie s) about the whole situation and did nothing to help. I left without my ID and never will shop here again they are worthless and when the owned checks the camera you will see what the worthless staff were up too this day. Never recommend this place again not worth the lazy staff and experience overall.
