Great prices, great feature to be able to use Stronghold to pay, and extremely pleasant driver!

Not really sure what happened but this place has just declined across the board. Pricing used to be lower than others, and their inventory selection used to be so large but neither are the case now. Their selection is so limited now they don’t even have 14gs or OZs listed on their site for sale. They carry like 6 brands for bud, and their edible list is laughable. What a shame.

I must give some shine and appreciation for Savannah who is always respectful and courteous. She is also a model for patience. On a recent visit I got sidetracked talking to someone and was stalling. Savannah, who already knew who I was, had my order ready when I finally approached the counter and still served me with a smile. The world needs more Savannah's!!! 😄✊🏾

Was overcharged by $12 dollars plus I was nice enough to give a tip too. I won't be giving tips anymore because there gonna overcharged you anyways. Plus no refunds after purchase so $12 was lost just like that.

June 2026 first time experience@ Elemental. I should have reviewed my receipt before exiting the store? 13.50 is the price on the receipt for the buttercups along with an original price of $18,then again -4.50 discount Roundup fee 0.32 cents? MBT $1.35, sales tax $1.60, CA Excise Tax for a grand total of $19? Really Frank? What's all that about? I paid with a $20 bill &not a debit card WTH? in comparison to Theraleaf... my grand total was $10 flat fee period. Simple constructive criticism 4future dummies of wellness centers: I suggest maybe giving us customers a heads up on all the charges nawt expected wow!...SMH Please note I'm being very honest and transparent regarding my first visit ever to 2 businesses in one day. I wish Frank would have shown alt. Variety of chocolate such as Kiva I saw in pictures in Google reviews.. Frank, I appreciate your expertise yet my receipt reflects "red flags" somewhat... I went out of my way to research product for my 88 year old father there's no appetite& I should have asked more ?'s& viewed alt. products ....thank you 4 the help....atmosphere. BTW cash or debit accept

Changing review to one star due to all the fees and the craaazy amount they default to for driver tip. They stopped carrying Papa’s carts and their constant changing of payment is annoying. Now they round up and give you cash back which just seems predatory, like charge what you need why go over and have to refund. Also, with the new system not only am I paying extra due to the round up nonsense but I also pay a 3$ non ATM fee everytime. Place used to be good now its just garbage.

Do not use their delivery service if you want it in a timely manner. I have used Elemental Wellness for many years. Say when marijuana became legal to buy for recreational usage. Long time. The last 3 of 4 deliveries were over 2 hours late. Late to a time that they called and had moved 2 hours later. I order weekly from them and my account has 106 reservations listed. Which means at least 2 years... Tonights soft drink edibles arrived room temperature at 6:30. Which means they were packed when I ordered at 11:30am. They used to be the bay areas best for deliveries.....

I’ve been ordering from elemental for about 10 years now. I love this dispensary & got great service today from a delivery driver named Heriberto. Our elevator was down in my building and he was super friendly & went above and beyond to be able to reach me and get my delivery to me.
