This place has changed from the beloved go-to. It is a shadow of its former self with this stizzy buyout. It's a real shame that the staff really had no idea how to recommend anything and you can't even smell the product anymore. Left super unsatisfied I now understand why the line was so short

Disappointed in my visit today. Found out this Airfield location is under new management. All my points saved are obsolete. No courtesy email/ text given. Stiiizy is all over the shop. Last time shopper. Rip Airfield San Jose

I had been a loyal Airfield customer for a very, very long time. Shortly before Stizzy took over, the availability of non-infused, plain ol regular low THC pre-rolls would fluxuate so much that they were often unavailable on the website for pre-order pickup or delivery. However, you'd go in the store and there'd be a plethora of the item I was looking for. When I'd ask the chat bot it would tell me it's just a restock problem and I should keep checking. Fast forward to today, there are three platforms in which to order things from the building at this address but they are not matching. I've been trying to stay a loyal customer but it feels like you don't want my business because when I try to engage your chat it still tells me it's restock. When I ask for a manager, I have to email. It's just so difficult to navigate and purposefully overcomplicated and absolutely not helpful. When I go in, it's amazing. But I'm disabled and that's so hard. It just makes me so sad.

Airfield used to be my favorite dispensary in South Bay. Clean. Discrete. No nonsense. Professional atmosphere and staff. Rotating, varied selection of products. A beautiful grow nursery next to online pickup. A few years ago they were acquired. Gone are the nursery and wide selection (they primarily only carry Stiiizy). I would describe a good portion of the staff as “creepy” now. A cold, empty husk of its former self devoid of soul and character. In short, just another dodgy cannabis dispensary. RIP

The bud tenders are extremely friendly and helpful but why is there a Spirit Halloween Rambo at the front door decked out like the Viet Cong are about to storm the store? Did nobody tell him where he's at?

They will round your cost up to the nearest dollar and not tell you just cart adjust your receipt so they don’t have to give you change. I had a low 10$ transaction and paid basically 9% more because they don’t have a penny.
