I first met Kevin at the Solful location in Santa Rosa which has since closed. It was so great as a customer to walk in and have everyone in the shop know my name...just like the bar in Cheers. Hence, it's always a pleasure to be greeted by Kevin now that's he's the manager at their Sebastopol location. Kevin knows my preferences and always able to give me recommendations of new and interesting products that I might enjoy.

Olivia overheard me talking about back pain and nerve pain to another customer. When I came to the register to purchase my CBD oil, she also recommended thca because it helped a friend of hers so much with nerve pain. It was wonderful for Olivia to be proactive and take an interest in my health status.

Johnn at Solful in Sebastopol was amazing! He took the time to explain each strain in detail and helped us understand things like the THC, CBC, terpenes, and how they can affect the overall experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable without making it feel overwhelming, and he answered all of our questions with patience and kindness. He also gave us some helpful information about when the next Avenue of the Giants release is expected to come out, which we really appreciated. On top of that, he helped us get a discount on a larger jar we purchased and made sure we got the best value for our money. Overall, Johnn was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right products. Great customer service and a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!
