Went in to exchange a bunk cart. Bud tender says gotta call the boss. Comes back bud tender says boss is busy you can try again later. Won’t honor the return. So let me get this straight. At this establishment it’s is the expectation that the customer be flexible for the unknowing availability of the manager who is not in the store at 945Am on a Friday in order to return a bad product. I explained I am busy I’ll just leave the product with you and you can call me and let me know when I can pick up the replacement. Budtender says she can’t do that. I say ok then I’ll throw it away and take my business elsewhere. She says ok. People are busy and have lives. Do better. No wonder it’s always empty and all the product is hella old and almost expired. Check the dates if you shop here.
