  I would have given them a 4 before but, this location does NOT HONOR California medical cards. They claim that, because of rescheduling of cannabis, stores are no longer supposed to accept medical cards (which is not true) regardless of age. After I informed them that was not the case at any other dispensaries I shop at they suddenly changed their story to "oh, it's our system" while vaguely gesturing toward their iPad. This is effectively stealing an extra 10% from me and limiting my purchase amount. I used to spend a lot of money here but this has left a really sour taste in my mouth and risks pushing my business to somewhere else. I really hope they fix this, it hasn't been a problem at any other dispensaries in California (either local or in the wider bay area).

  Love This Place. Funny Thing a cute cashier at Grocery Outlet recommended this place. Just got an amazing 1/8 for 15 bucks and some keef by Tutti for 14. Great Selection. They said they got butter so I'm going Back. Gonna Make Grilled PBJs. Mmmm

  Dont have pleasant experiences with the Manager here , otherwise Good prices & products.... girl with pink hair stinks and never wants to check inventory for anything at all, service sucks every single time I come here she's helped me multiple times. When it comes to asking about inventory or certain products she acts fussy about it.

  First time visiting this shop. Very large selection. Our budtender was Mack, she was super helpful and steered us to the product we were looking for. So nice. 30% discount for first time visitors. Great price.

  Without a doubt my favorite dispensary ever anywhere. The prices are incredible, the selection is huge, and every single person that works there is awesome and helpful and friendly. I genuinely hate if I have to go anywhere else and compare it to this company but most of all this location.

  These young girls emphasized the word annoying that I used because I just bought this battery that’s why it’s annoying something new already has a defect. The customer service on defective items because it still works and the girl called it annoying clicking the button gets locked on a corner of my so called new stiizy battery and when you go to ask if you can exchange or fix that those girls have the worst snobby attitude. Wasting my money at this place and getting a snobby attitude like that is not it!!

  The staff were friendly and very helpful not to mention the variety of different stuff of weed, edibles,pre rolls etc.. not just that but also the fact that it's very cheap with no taxes so the price that the cashier tells u is the price that it is

  Bad experience the girl had no idea what she was talking about saying she could take down my information and show it to someone above her pay grade but then she said it would probably be a no based on what other people have tried to do which made no sense.

  Bud tender Jane was super helpful gave us amazing recommendations we got a 5 pac of infused prerolls for 2$ the boba milk tea taste really good and smokes well would recommend

  I’ve been here multiple times, I actually stopped going to my main dispensary due to the fact that it’s a bit closer. 99% of the time I’ve been on my bike, I’ve always walked it in and and parked it on the side where there’s open space, I feel like y’all always have been bike friendly. Unfortunately today I was told that I could not park my bike inside, there is no place to lock up my bike out side and when I asked the receptionist I was told to park outside on the left and that there was a camera. I did not feel like it was safe seeing as how bike theft is such a big thing in Santa Cruz, I ended up leaving with out making a purchase and bikes up the street to another dispensary where after asking if it was ok to park my bike inside I was met with a smile and permission to park my bike inside as long as it was out of the way. I’ll gladly change my review to 5 starts if y’all could maybe put a bike lock station outside your dispensary or, even easier, if y’all can communicate with everyone and allow bike to be parked inside.
