  This company sells defective products and does not follow state return guidelines. They will not exchange the product for you, only tell you to keep it and offer you 50% off another product. They are profiting off of the defective items, not offering any solutions for a replacement for a working, functioning product. They keep the $50+ they made off of the product that doesn’t work, and then make more profit selling you another one for half price when all they have to do is exchange the product. Their manager stated that it is California state policy that they cannot exchange the product. I’m not sure if they think I was born yesterday, but that’s simply not true. I’ve purchased a defective cartridge before, and the dispensary simply replaced the product with a new, working one of the same product. So I’m not sure what shady thing they have going on there, but there’s multiple reviews about this dispensary doing this to other people. They said if I emailed the distributor, Raul, I could potentially get authorization from him to exchange the product. However, as I was leaving, the manager says “well he’s probably not gonna exchange it for you.” So Raul has all the authority, and has the decision to say yes or no based on how he’s feeling and not based on the fact that the item is SIMPLY DEFECTIVE! And you’re telling me you already KNOW it’s gonna be a no? Why even give me his email then? And the fact that he stated multiple times that it’s CALIFORNIA LAW that they cannot exchange the product when California law actually states the opposite. I feel like I’ve been robbed, giving them my hard earned money for a product that doesn’t work and I cannot use. I can’t even dispute the transaction because, of course, it was paid in cash. So I’m offered no refund, a 50% discount off another product, and they get to keep my money. Doesn’t seem fair or right what they’re doing, especially when I see reviews that they’ve been doing it to other people and when even the manager can immediately tell the item is defective as well.

  I had a very disappointing experience here. I purchased a cartridge that was clearly defective right out of the package. It had a burnt taste and smell from the first hit, almost like I was inhaling burnt plastic or metal. Even the store manager Edgar agreed that something seemed wrong with it. When the manager contacted the distributor, refused to authorize an exchange. I was told the store only exchanges defective products, yet that’s exactly what I had. Instead of replacing it, I was offered 50% off another cartridge and told to contact the manufacturer myself. That makes no sense—I bought the product from this store, not directly from the brand. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down the manufacturer for a defective item sold by the retailer. The lack of accountability and poor customer service were disappointing. If you sell a defective product, you should stand behind it and make it right. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience, and I won’t be returning.

  Hadn't been there in a long time. Another one hundred dollar mistake. Most of the sixty five dollar ounces are crap weed. But the real killer is a thirty percent tax rip off. Most of the staff is rude. Would not recommend.

  Got Whoa Dark Chocolate edible, along with a few other items. Edgar handled my spouse and I's transaction, he was very helpful like always, and made our day. I highly recommend the chocolate. They had some right by the register and at $5 the price is amazing. Thank you to the amazing staff. Just another reason to keep coming back

  Been going to Aroma for years. 1st to Calexico and then happily to Winterhaven. The people are great, and I love the hands on store design. The problem lies in their web page and item availability. What they show on the web is NOT what they have in stock EVER. To find out what they have you have to know exactly what you want and call, or drive there and hope. Luckily OTC is just down the street.

  Honestly if you want to get annoyed at a long wait time, disrespectful employees, and high taxe rate aroma is your place to go I've given it a couple trys the door guy that dresses nice is amazing with customers everyone else is to cool for you and products prices do not match online prices
