Loved my first experience at Sunburn! I used to shop at Surterra, but since they closed, I decided to give Sunburn a try. Annie was amazing, super helpful, friendly, and made the whole experience so fun. Such a great vibe from the second I walked in. Definitely excited to come back!

They need training. These bud tenders are dealing with people that have real life ailments, physical, psychological, etc.. If you see somebody coming to get medicine and they don't feel good that's the time to fall back on your training and make the person feel better if you had some. CVS, WALGREENS etc have doctors and certified lab techs giving you meds and the medical Marijuana industry has regular people with no education. They should have at least one certified lab tech on site or doctor the same way they used to have the security guard in the beginning.

Decent products but horrible customer service and non-existent loyalty program. Well, it exists but it's completely worth it because it doesn't stack and they are always on sale anyways, so your loyalty points are worthless. They should make the loyalty program just like The Flowery and Jungle Boys. It's horrible business practice, to fake somebody out with a loyalty program that is completely useless, since everything is always on sale anyway, your "loyalty" gets wasted.

The girl who checked me out on POS-6 6/13/26 at 2:01 sucks. I said the specific bahama mama cart i wanted then she asks if i have one in mind…then when i ask why the $23 cart is being charged $28 she said “the atm fee rounds up” nothing about giving me the $2 compensation so im getting frustrated in her face because she’s ditsy or too fried to explain things to customers or say have a good day.
