Definitely one of the WORST locations and customer service is going downhill. Why am I waiting 40 MINUTES in line to pick up my order?? Why are the bud tenders so slowww. && the older Caucasian woman with glasses needs to PAY ATTENTION when it comes to who is next in line. She had 3 ppl skip me like they need a revamp of the whole entire staff.

Honestly I am convinced that half these 5 star reviews are fake. Went in yesterday for a pick up order I placed for a pick up time of 9-10 AM, went in at 5:30, I called because I never got a notification that it was ready. Kind of crazy. Anyways, 2 people in front of me, no one greeted anyone walking in, only one register open multiple people behind me. Waiting about 20 minutes before walking out. I’m giving one star because some type of Hi, Hello, we’ll be with you shortly would have been nice instead staff walking by doing other things. If the place is that busy there should be more than 1 register open. Every other dispensary I’ve been to they have a walk in register & an online pick up register. Won’t be trying this one out again. I’ll stick to my dispensaries
