A very unprofessional and very deceptive staff, my partner went today and tried using her first time discount but the bank did not allow the purchase which she left with 0 items in hand. The general manager and another employee was there helping her the whole time yet, they told her she could to to any other trulieve and finish off and be able to use her discount since she never completed or finalized the purchase. Yet once we had gone to another location nearby they had shown us they already used and it shows as if she personally payed and purchased them even though in the OMMU shows as 0 everything. This store has lied and deceived a first time customer. Not even another general manager was able to give us the curtesy discount due to the fact being a one time use promotion which they had a very big knowledge on. My partner never left with anything in hand other than the items she came in with. She never made the purchase. They used her discount without her knowledge and screwed her. the so called receipt of a purchase she never made was given to us which the time of purchase is so incorrect that she wasn’t even in the store at all once it shows here it was purchased.

The service is wonderful. The difficulty I’m having is with the RSO canisters… I am extremely frustrated, I have arthritis and take the Gummies to ease the pain. I can’t open the canisters. This is cruel and unusual punishment.!! I’ve even tried hitting them with a hammer! Right now, I have four canisters of Gummies and I can’t open one. They’ve offered to open them at the customer service, but I would have to bring special bags to delineate which are Indica, which are sativa and which are hybrid because they all look alike!! Who designed this for you wouldn’t you think they would have the different varieties in different color plastic? Why do we have to have them individually wrapped anyway they were fine in the little containers all in one little baggie. This is ridiculous. Get your act together.
