Hi, had a great experience at surterra on clyde morris, port orange. Ms. Paige did a wonderful job helping me understand the products and was very nice and patient. I will be referring friends after having such a great visit.

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because they just recently raised their prices for all the vape carts! I absolutely love this store and every employee/manager there! They’re all so kind and knowledgeable!! But with the recent pricing increase I don’t think I’ll be going there much longer! I’ve searched high and low for different dispensaries around town but Surterra always had the lowest prices… not anymore, sadly and I’m very disappointed!!!! I hope they change to the old pricing because this is the quickest way to lose customers!!!

Just left suterra in port Orange w the biggest smile ever thanks to Mike and Mary bud associates. They’re patient and knowledgeable when it comes to being indecisive and confused. They helped me make a purchase pertaining to my preference.

Def need better security systems ...scrolling on Facebook and come across one of your patients bashing your business with video taping other patients posted. Wow

A small little dispensary, out of the way. But don’t let that fool you they had an amazing selection. They have fantastic pricing also. It was my first visit in, and won’t be my last.

I had a very disappointing and frankly dangerous experience here. I have specific allergies to certain terpenes and needed to verify the COA's (Certificate of Analysis) before purchasing. The budtender helping was clearly overwhelmed and slammed, but he was at least trying. However, the manager stepped in and flat-out refused to help, telling me to just 'look it up online.' It is a manager's responsibility to ensure patient safety, especially when an allergy is involved. Telling a patient to DIY their own medical safety check because the store is busy is negligent and unprofessional. If you have medical requirements or allergies, find a dispensary that actually cares about their patients' well-being, because management here clearly doesn't.

So far really happy with these guys. Reasonable prices and frequent sales on good product. The folks behind the counter are really pleasant which is a huge plus.

Cool but the app sucks. What’s the point of having pick up orders if you can’t even use the app? Update it. Can’t even type without it refreshing my page and starting me over. Nonetheless.. going to a closer dispensary with a functioning app.

Stopped in on 420 for my second ever visit with you. I will tell you, Mary, Phil, and Virginia were very helpful in my decision-making and telling me about deals and the Best Buy for my dollar. I think I will start to frequent this establishment even more and thank you to those three bud tenders that I called MVP.

The store is ignorant on their own sales. The only times I've ever tried to shop here I've just ended up getting frustrated and leaving

I wanna start by saying coming in here. I was not expecting such knowledgeable and helpful bartenders honestly a sleeper of a dispensary that I’m almost scared to post about because I don’t want everybody to start flooding and we have long long wait times because they took care of me immediately not only to where they knowledgeable about product. These guys have me laughing in the entire time and put a smile on my face so make sure you go shout out to Mike and caleb over at Cetera because they’re the bomb Diggity.
