Have been a faithful customer for atleast 3 years now. Great staff to the point they remember you and it’s always a delight There is a newer women there who is now behind the counter and she does not match the vibe of the store. Slamming product around on counter. Talks down to you and is very dismissive. Quick to say no we don’t have something vs looking for other options and behind helpful. Gos forbid if she opens and has to stock orders. You’ll hear all about it and how much it sucks for her. Definitely not a good fit here. Further more. Fast forward to July 10th (Oil Day) Not a single concentrate to be had in the whole store due to “allotments” I go over to any other dispensary and they have 710 day balloons up and concentrate almost free for the “holiday”

Your in house staff is awesome. So knowledgeable and great feedback. Your app 100% sucks. Not sure what happened but it’s not acceptable for the money you make. You have great product and staff. Make an easier way to order. Be better.
