Every other month they change their reward system and it’s honestly getting worst and worst might as well go back go Trulieve. Stackable 10% that can’t be discounted on anything you want. So you stack up your rewards to find out it was for nothing!!!! Horrible horrible horrible discounts

Went to pick up an order that I ordered last night, to be told in the morning sorry we didn't pack your order in time, we don't have any of that product, were short staffed was their excuse, completely unacceptable and a complete waste of time and gas. Any other dispensary I can order online and the order go through and they actually have the product or would notify me otherwise.

Amazing selection and staff. I have never been disappointed by their products. I usually just use a pen or dab unit. I have had so many knowledgeable recommendations. Also pretty good as far as pricing goes. Also really discreet and pretty accessories for using cartridges.

They always go above and beyond to answer all my questions here. I even order online a couple of times and get a text when ready, and it's a quick and smooth pick up. Thanks to this place I now have something that helps me calm down and sleep. Highly recommend the vape named Dream. "Highly" get it? 😂 Edited. I just had to add to this post that Kenny has been so amazingly helpful and very educated on helping me pick the right products. And what's most important is that I am on a tight budget, and I wind up getting more for less because of her knowledge in the product and what sales are going to help me. It's not just about the money there, it's about us getting the help and the relief that we need for the reasons why we're using this incredible herb in the first place. ❤️ So yes again I highly recommend this place. 😬

Truly outstanding service — thank you, Ashley! Had a great experience at Surterra Deltona thanks to Ray. Super patient, very friendly, and made the whole process easy and comfortable.
