  Tayla, it was clear that customer service, professionalism, and basic respect were not priorities. Tayla was consistently rude, dismissive, cold, and unprofessional throughout every exchange. Instead of making a paying customer feel valued, Tayla made the entire experience unnecessarily difficult, uncomfortable, and frustrating. The way Tayla communicated and carried herself was completely inappropriate for someone representing a business. Tayla’s attitude showed a shocking lack of courtesy and concern for the customer experience. Every interaction with Tayla felt hostile and dismissive, leaving the impression that my business and my concerns were completely irrelevant to her. What makes Tayla’s conduct even more concerning is the public content I observed on Tayla’s social media. In my opinion, the material was offensive and completely inconsistent with the professionalism, respect, and inclusivity that should be expected from anyone in a customer-facing position. After experiencing Tayla’s behavior firsthand, seeing that content only added to my concerns about the standards and judgment being represented. A company is ultimately judged by the people it allows to represent it, and Tayla’s actions left a lasting negative impression. The way Tayla treated a paying customer was unacceptable, and the lack of professionalism displayed by Tayla has completely destroyed my confidence in this business. Because of my experience with Tayla, I cannot recommend this company. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, professionalism, and basic courtesy—not with the dismissive and hostile treatment I experienced from Tayla.

  Tayla’s conduct was absolutely unacceptable from the first interaction to the last. Her behavior was consistently rude, dismissive, condescending, and shockingly unprofessional. Rather than treating a paying customer with basic respect and courtesy, she created an atmosphere of hostility and made every interaction unnecessarily difficult. The complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and accountability displayed was among the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. What makes this situation even more concerning is the public content I came across on her social media. In my view, it was offensive, disturbing, and completely incompatible with the level of professionalism, respect, and inclusivity that should be expected from someone representing a business. Instead of reflecting positively on the company, it reinforced the serious concerns already raised by her behavior toward me. A company’s reputation is shaped by the people it allows to represent it. The fact that this level of conduct appears to be tolerated is deeply disappointing and raises serious questions about the standards and values of this business. After experiencing this treatment and seeing what I observed publicly, I have zero confidence in this company and would not recommend it to anyone. Customers deserve better than being treated with disrespect and then left questioning whether the business they supported shares the same lack of professionalism. This experience was unacceptable, disappointing, and one I will not forget

  Tayla was extremely negative. She was cold, unprofessional, and extremely difficult to deal with throughout our interaction. Beyond my experience as a customer, I was also concerned by content I observed on her public social media that I found offensive and inconsistent with the values of respect and inclusion I expect from someone in a customer-facing role. That, combined with the poor service I received, is why I cannot recommend this business.

  My experience with Tayla was extremely disappointing. I found her to be highly unprofessional, and I received calls outside of expected business or appointment hours that I felt were inappropriate and intrusive. Communication was poor, and I did not feel respected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend interacting with her in a professional capacity…..

  Tayla was unprofessional throughout our interaction and came across as cold, dismissive, and lacking empathy. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and her communication was unnecessarily harsh and callous. Instead of making any effort to be respectful or helpful, she left me feeling belittled and unheard. I was also troubled by content I have personally seen on Tayla's public social media that I perceived as racist or racially insensitive, which further affected my confidence in her professionalism and judgment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend dealing with Tayla.

  The person I dealt with in Port Charlotte wasn’t too friendly. The one good thing is, my favourite MUV dispensary is in Brandon, Fl., hands down. May someone else receive her charming personality. I will not mention any names just to make it easier on this person. Enjoy the moment. 🙏

  Every staff member I’ve ever encountered has been upbeat, positive and respectful. I’ve worked in a dispensary before and it is a lot tougher than most realize. I’ve been screamed at, told where I could shove it and humiliated by my own manager. Kudos to everyone including the managers from what I’ve personally encountered at MUV in Port Charlotte, North Port and Lakeland. Matt, on 6/27/2026 had a very up beat personality and in today’s world, that seems tougher and tougher to come by. You have no idea how that impacted my day. Without personal details, just know, it’s been a tough day and it was nice to be greeted by someone with a smile, let alone told they were appreciated!!!! This was HUGE for me! THANK YOU! MUV not only has amazing products but personality plus atmosphere at every location!
