Horrible service today had a line of customers with only 1 register open while multiple employees walked around and never thought let's help out this employee out since we have a line of customers... Zen leaf you gotta do better.... Thank you Zen leaf for reaching out to me and making sure the problem was fixed.

The attendant at the front on at 6:40pm on 7/21 was incredibly rude and sarcastic. They apparently have this new thing where three of the parking spots in front of the business is reserved for curbside pick up. When I pulled in quickly after my 12 hour shift where I normally park, I got out of my car and immediately someone came outside of the store and confronted me and asked me if I had a curbside pick up? I said no? Confused because I didn’t read the tiny font on the sign. I assumed it was a sign saying spots reserved for Zen just like the vet next-door has. That is my mistake. I would be happy to move if she asked me. She didn’t. She just said “Those are reserved for curbside pick up only.” … I said “oh ok sorry I didn’t know” and proceeded to try to go inside and then she stopped me and said “whoa. What are you doing? I’m still security. I still need to check your ID.“ Again, a bit of an aggressive tone right off the bat but ok. I’ve never had someone ask to check my ID outside of the store. Normally there is always someone helping at the kiosk to place orders and the security person at the front desk. I always walk in and am greeted first then scan my ID, no issues. Anyway so I gave her my ID from the doorway and she checked it at the front door. She said “yeah well next time don’t park there or else I’ll get fired.” I again apologized and said “Oh sorry those must be new.” She said “They’ve been there for three weeks.” in a sarcastic tone as if I must have seen them before and was lying to her? The last time I was at this location was June 8th, 6 weeks ago… (see screenshot) I didn’t tell her that because she was obviously on some type of power trip acting like she’s security for the pentagon. She said nothing else, handed me my ID back and scanned the door for me to open myself. There was a long line so as I was waiting, I heard every person in front of me exit and her happily tell them to have a great day on the way out. But when when I left, she didn’t look at me. She completely ignored me and said nothing. No one else was in the lobby. At the door, I paused and looked at her, and said “Have a good day.” She didn’t look at me, just said “you too.” in a monotone voice. Horrible customer service to assume the worst of your customers. I understand she has to do her job and tell people what the parking is for. She could have politely asked me to move and told me where else to park, and I would have done it. I generally wasn’t trying to do anything malicious, I was tired and in a rush after work. It was a mistake. I will never be going back except one more time to use up my emerald level points, which I have built by being a loyal customer, which I no longer will be. When I go for the last time, I’ll make sure to park literally anywhere else so I don’t get confronted on the sidewalk again like a criminal.

Extremely inefficiently managed. 1 damn budtender and a line damn near out the door at 6pm...meanwhile 3 people working in front lobby doing basically nothing...worst dispensary experience ive ever encountered

putting 3 curbside pickup spots in the already very limited parking spots out front is crazy, especially when its not enforced the same for everyone. i’m not coming here anymore! 😃
