This dispensary SUCKS for locals and is honestly just starting to feel like a tourist trap (due to being so close to ORD and all the hotels) * Also to the people smoking pre-rolls etc. by hotels - clean up your packaging waste please! First off their website is awful and unnecessarily complicated and final price rung up is often not the same as what it said online. My last order was $5 more expensive on top of the already crazy taxes. It also never saves your order history or collects any points - why have it? The budtenders are nice and all so I've never had issues with any of em, though I did once try to buy a Puffco device (which I again ordered online) but when I got to the store I was told "they never had it" ... Support is also useless and never got back to me. Illinois is already really expensive for bud with all the nonsense taxes so every time I go into a dispensary I at least want to feel like all that wasted money is at least going somewhere. I don't get that experience with Verilife Rosemont.

First visit in the morning, staff was kind, Patient, helpful, and made me want to come back Second visit felt dismissive? Unwelcoming, and generally like it wasn’t remotely worth over any other disp with the only difference being time of day and staff. Go in the AM or find another store.
