  Came in from St Louis for a concert, just wanted to grab a pre roll on the way. The fella that helped me out was great, even remembered us when we came back the next morning and was super helpful again. Will definitely be coming back in next time we are in town.

  Terrible experience overall very bad customer service from employees to manager (Tina and Asha.) Make sure you check the early bird bc it expires at 12:10 and is not listed anywhere on website promos. More expensive than many other locations in city. Send an email with feedback on experience and waiting on response.

  first time there ask specifically for indica since i know how i feel after hybrid or sativa and i said i want to feel relax hance the indica request , asked for a low thc content, i was told it will be 16% thc since it is the lowest they have, paid and took it home took 2 hits and started reading after i got energized and content 19% thc 60% indica 40% sativa. hybrid ok i understand people smoke every day and for them that sound funny what i wrote and maybe i should have listened to the girl that told me she smokes this every day and it relaxing but it screwed up my whole evening instead relaxing i spent 2 hours talking crap and be on edge. funny i know but for someone who has 1 day out of a month to relax this isn't funny. sativa or hybrid is not for everyone and when i ask for indica especially in a store as dispensary the staff should be more informed or not sell anything other then. anyway i hope next time i will read before i leave the store newbies be aware and read and be specific, what you need and make sure u know what they sell to u. if u advanced i guess it doesn't matter. i can not say i wasted the cash because will give the 3g away and make advanced smoker happy. i guess not 100% their fault hence the 3 stars not 1

  Excellent Service! quick in and out experience, Vibes are great, Music selection A1, & the Staff Customer service is amazing. Being a regular I never have any complaints, when you stop by ask for Dani she’s great at assisting with good recommendations.

  Been a loyal customer here for years, but my last two orders was really dried out/crispy/old...and its been more of a miss than a hit lately. I justified it by being a fluke, but the new website RAISED all prices 20-30% when the taxes used to be built in to the listed price. I am going to go out of my way to the outlet downtown or maybe to MI instead now because the over inflated cost isn't worth the convenience anymore. From the reviews looks like I am not the only customer disappointed by the new website and exorbitant markup.

  This used to be my favorite place, but their new website is a complete disaster. It screwed up my order, gave me the wrong total, and created nothing but confusion. The entire place was full of frustrated customers tonight, and the staff looked completely overwhelmed dealing with problems they didn’t create. Whoever approved this new system seriously dropped the ball. If they don’t go back to the old one fast, they’re going to lose a lot of loyal customers.

  this place used to be my go to spot, a west loop gem, I’d spend a few hundred dollars a week here because it used to be worth it - they had the best prices, a loyalty points program that made sense and the staff - super friendly. That changed about a week ago. The 3 things that made it my favorite dispensary all tanked at the same time. Last time I was in there I was harassed by the person checking in customers for leaving my $5000 bike in the vestibule while I picked up my order-something I had been doing for years without issues… he said it’s not the security guy job to look after my bike-Security guy immediately told me he had no issue with it. I could/would have overlooked my poor experience but then I went to place an online order today and 1) they completely change their Online ordering system, had to re-sign up, which voided the 600pts($20off) I had in my account. 2) they raised their prices 20-30%. 3) all the flower product they have daily deals for is a week or two away from expiring(so, sooo dry) which was okay when I’d grab 14g for $85(taxes included) That same 14g is now $130 after tax. So what used to be a local minority owned business that was customer focused has now turned into yet another corporate cash grab.
