This bakery exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service. My interaction with someone from a member of their customer service team, Hina, left a foul impression on me. She is blatantly rude and ignores others. Please educate members on your team (or yourself) regarding customer success. If Hina is the owner, she needs to do better and be more professional. Do not ask for feedback and then ignore the customer when you sell faulty rotten cartridges. I have never had issues like this at wake n bakery. Thank you!

I came in for the free comedy show last week and I am a frequent customer. Unfortunately, the customer service last time really bothered me. When I arrived, the girl behind the counter told me that she had to see my ticket even though the show was free. I left my phone in the car and had to run to it to get it. After I came back, I noticed she didn't ask anyone else to see their ticket. She didn't even ask the customers who bought nothing but she asks me?! On top of it, she decides to clean the bathroom for about an hour. At first I thought she was taking a break in there because she didn't put a sign up showing it was being cleaned. Even the table I was sitting at thought it was weird! I had to knock a couple times on the bathroom door and she finally let me use it. The sketchiness of her behavior bothers me and I'm not sure I would return to this location. However, they do have the best THC products.

I visit Blazed Bakery at least once a week. They're drinks are amazing and have a great variety from unsweetened green tea, tropical mixes, to many latte options. They are also such great community spot that host so many community events such as yoga, comedy, bingo, crafting events, and more. Kayla is always more than helpful and has such a warm enegery to contribute to the atmosphere. Truly love this spot its like a second home for me❤️
