Waited in line for ten mins and their tap to pay machine doesn’t work and it’s 2026 so i don’t carry my card. It was extremely annoying out of 5 registers none of the tap to pay is working.

Went to Nirvana for the first time today and got probably the best customer service I’ve experienced all year from a gal named Melissa. She was so warm, fun and helpful - I can’t say enough kind things about her! Great prices too. I will certainly be back.
