I purchased a disposable cannabis cartridge here that turned out to be defective and unusable. Rather than replacing it outright, I was first offered only 50% off a replacement. The alternative was a cumbersome refund process involving emails, forms, and multiple steps with no clear outcome. For a defective product sold at full price, this felt like the burden was being placed entirely on the customer. Most people understandably don’t have the time or patience to chase paperwork over a faulty cartridge, and the system seems designed around that reality. What disappointed me most was the customer service. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, the interaction became rude and dismissive. I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I understand policies exist, but there should also be reasonable accountability when a product simply doesn’t work.
