  Here's one for you guys. I've tried your place five times I've walked out three times. Today was the last time I walked out the last three times I've walked into your place. There's been a line one confused person at the counter and a lot of people not knowing what they wanted. Well guys like me who place orders online, have to sit and wait through that. I just walk out and take my money. You guys are failing. You should not be in business if you cannot have employees. If you don't have employees, don't open your door. If you can open your door be ready for us. I went at the most off time and you had a line because there was only one dude there. Shame on you at these prices with your availability. You're nothing special and today you proved why you don't deserve anyone's money

  Their website is honestly terrible. I have an account with reward points and when I press the login/create account button it just tries to make me make a new account with an email I already have an account with. I dont want to make a new account since I have reward points with my current one. So I call the store and I get a woman who has "only been here 1 month" and I say I cant login and I say your website is garbage and I cant login its trying to make me make a new account which I dont want to do because I already hooked up my bank account to my current cloud9 account. I was then told they dont offer "that service" (she is referring to paying by bank online). To which I told her she is wrong I am staring at an email from cloud9 saying "Your bank payment is processing!" from a few months ago. She then insisted I am mixing up dispensarys.... no lady I live 5 minutes away I know where I have been going since you opened. She then told me to contact the website customer service, ok so I asked for the number.... which she could not provide and told me to find on the website... the customer service is only a submit an inquiry they have no on demand technical support number you have to submit a question to their website and wait for them to get back to you I guess. So their products and prices are fine but honestly the lady on the phone was 100% not helpful and was on the defensive from the start just because I said the website is awful which Im not sure why she seemed to take personally. I even apologized if I come off course which I definitely can. But then gaslighting me and saying I am mixing up the dispensary because they dont offer pay by bank was honestly infuriating. I am going to attach a screenshot of the verified pay by bank email just as an "I told you so". Over all their products are fine and their in store customer service (until this phone call) has always been chill, but this 1 star is because their website is awful. Ill change the review if the website gets better. EDIT: So I talked to the guy at the front desk who ive spoken to before many times, dude knows what hes talking about and is actually helpful. So they made a new website but none of the accounts transferred over, now they no longer accept pay by bank AND all the loyalty rewards are just gone, no getting them back. Super lame. Staying 1 star because they should honor their loyalty rewards for loyal customers. Also its way more inconvenient now that we cant pay by bank.

  I been to multiple dispensarys throughout Illinois but none of them stood out for a review except for cloud9! Best costumer service i ever received from Jailene, I will be coming back because of her, the great deals and the clean store. The name is iconic too!! 10/10 thank you again Jailene!!
