Today, I visited Goodies to purchase some products and noticed a special offer for first-time customers: a 30% discount and a surprise penny. I had been a customer at Goodies only last week, and the employee there had not mentioned the first-time customer special or given me my penny surprise. When I brought this to the attention of the customer service representative while checking out, she informed me that the offer couldn’t be honored because I wasn’t a first-time customer. She insisted that it should have been given to me the first time I visited and refused to rectify the situation.

Will you honor the 30% medical discount? I went today and was denied the discount and ultimately made me cancel my order and go to cloud 9 which gave 40% off for the same products. The staff was great from the front door to the register. The reason for 3 stars is whomever was manger/supervisor at the time told their worker no over a walkie and did not have any interest in speaking with me. I would like to support this business but the medical discount needs to be applied.

Update: they recently increased the prices and menu selection is now lacking. Come on goodies, you were on the right track 2-4 months ago This shop has the nicest staff and a very nice selection of products. Plus they offer a 30% on all items.

Goodies makes buying weed in the midwest feel like you’re buying weed on the west coast. After moving from WA to IL I was nervous about finding products of the same quality and around the same price. Goodies was able to do that! I have really come to adore some of the budtenders too. Juice, Gage and Annie are some of my favorites. Happy to be a customer here!
