Big shot out to Andrew!!! Every time i come in they go out of their way to ask me about my day, ask about how my husband is doing, and share with me the best deals available to me. Andrew really does an amazing job making me feel like cloud 9 is my home store here in town.

I just found out today that I have been paying $6.00 each time I use my debit card there! I get charged their fee and my bank charges another $3.00 on top of that for being an out of area atm! That is inexcusable. If I had just walked over to the atm and used it I only would have paid $3.50, which is still a rip off. I'm done with cloud 9, they really need to let people know this ahead of time but obviously they do not care. I'll go back to my old dispensary now, thank you!

Andrew, the gentleman in heart-shaped glasses, provided a fantastic experience! He walked me through several options and clearly explained the differing effects for each product. He was very polite and I left feeling confident with my purchase! Thank you!

Unfortunately, picking up cannabis wasn’t a great experience first I would like to say the young lady who cashed me out at 10:30 AM on July 19 gave me a review card with the name Andrew on it. This was not my wellness advisor on top of that, I wasn’t necessarily advise on my specific needs. The people in the very front did greet me as I proceeded into the area in which I can ask questions about the cannabis of my choice that I saw online. There was another man behind me who went to the kiosk and received a receipt and was ready to cash out I was in front of him because I needed to talk to an advisor to ask questions regarding my cannabis when I approach the kiosk the young lady in the natural blonde hair short curly proceeded to tell me how convenient it could’ve been for her if I went to the kiosk to select the cannabis of my choice to cash out I did not do that because I had questions. I understand that the kiosk is there to make a speedy transaction, but there are so many more dispensaries, not only in the Champagne Urbana area, but in the US that allows you to walk up and speak to an actual person. I’m quite sure that is the reason why you pay the people inside of the dispensary to greet and discuss their cannabis needs She had no interest. She let me know twice I should’ve used the kiosk and after using my debit card, she did return the nine dollar fee. when I visit the other local cannabis stores. I tipped them whatever the debit card fee is, and that’s only because the experience in which would be provided was superb. I think she needs to be spoken to about customer service and why she’s actually there. I’m quite sure she’s there to build on the experience of cloud nine. I will continue to go to new era where the experience from when I walk in the door to when I walk up to an actual person at a register to discuss what my options are is superb anyone coming to shop at a dispensary usually are really nice people because they smoke cannabis. I’m sorry that she doesn’t realize how great her job is, and I hope that someone can discuss with her the wonderful opportunity she has outside of the kiosk. Also providing a scan code to leave a review with another coworker’s name on there is ridiculous

Immaculate customer service. I’ve been coming here for a while now and it never disappoints. Best deals and fresh bud at reasonable prices including their lower priced bud. Everything’s a deal if I choose any place i could choose any place in Champaign or Urbana, I always decide cloud 9.
