One star, and earned. I've been a loyal customer here for a long time — long enough to overlook the inflated prices and consistently mediocre product. Tonight I drove my usual 30 minutes after work, on my 34th birthday, only to be turned away over an ID that expired, today. I explained I'm a regular. The "owner" or manager couldn't have cared less — zero flexibility, zero recognition, zero customer service. Overpriced, underwhelming, and apparently happy to lose a long-time customer over a technicality. I'm getting my med card precisely so I never have to set foot in here again. Don't bother.

I like your shop and lot, and I come often, but I do sometimes feel like the employees want me to get out as fast as I can LOL. I don't blame them, retail jobs can be a drag. I wish the prices were a little bit better too, you guys are really the only place in town... you should have a locals discount or something. The product is pretty good though, and the business hours are good too. So many business in this town are open for like 3 days a week for 6 hours.

I have been faithfully using Riverdriver as my pre-roll and edibles shop . The commitment the employees are to make sure you get exactly what you ask for has been 100% consistent. I medicate with flower for many ailments and mentally the ability to find someplace that has high percent and endless ways to buy . I would look at the price as there is always customers and several employees who will actually recommend because they know about their products. Also they deliver for a reasonable $20 minimum instead of some places requiring double to deliver . I also love that the employees I get to know celebrate my recovery milestones. Usually right away take me and are willing to check percentage on several pre rolls without seeming bothered at all. And for a recreational dispensary they are definitely my care takers and I dont even have my Card😉 and absolutely are some of the Most friendly and focused employees. Highly recommend trying them out.
