My experience with Chris at Highbrow has always been very kind, personable, and accommodating. I recently met a new gentleman named Matthew, he as well is very personable and does what he can to make sure you get what you need. I honestly try to only go when Chris is there, I know he owns that blue car with a Red Sox license plate. He's your man, but maybe give Matthew a chance too, I know he owns a pretty cool yellow sports car. Otherwise, read my review about another cannabis store up the road in Thomaston, Maine.
