I like the drive thru, it's quick. However, the last few times I have not been given back my change when my card is charged. I find its been inconsistent and Im not sure why. I do understand an extra couple bucks are charged on your card and is given back to you in cash. Im also aware service fees exists but either I haven't gotten any change back, or have been shorted a dollar or two. Going forward, I hope Haven is a bit more transparent and honest in this process and explains to customers what they're being charged, and how much specifically the service charge is going to be and the amount of change that will be directly given back to us. Thanks.
