Takes longer in the drive thru than at a regular walk in

Hello to everyone who's viewing my review. I previously left a dissatisfied review. ( I deleted it) Overall, an associate was unaware of some documentation I questioned about 1 of their discount specials. A week later the GM contacted and was so apologetic. Then, ask me if I had any of the qualifying proper documentation. I qualified. Let me inform you i remained a shopper after my dissatisfaction. I informed the GM that I made a purchase the day earlier when he called me. He wanted to offer a discount for that purchase. I declined and informed him i'll be in on Monday with my documentation because I was satisfied, happy and SHOCKED that the GM responded to my review in good timing. That's good business.

Awful experience. Apparently you get 5$ off if you left a review. I left a review and asked if the 5$ off coupon still applies and is still active. The cashier lies to my face and says yes. Then ends up not applying the discount and saying hes sorry they will take carebof me next time. Im never coming back. Don’t advertise a sale and NOT HONOR IT. awful experience. They sell tcgs also so maybe theyre apart of scalper army

Disappointed and saddened by the way the manager at 07/24 treated me, I made my pre-order for drive-thru pickup between 10:30 and 10:45 PM. I arrived at the line, which was single, not double as usual, and it was 10:40 PM. There was no sign warning me of anything. After 5 minutes, a security guard appeared to tell me that the car in front of me was the last one they would serve. The night before, the last cars had a kind of barrier to show that the line was closed. I asked to speak to the manager, and when I explained what was happening, she told me the line was closed and that she didn't have to explain anything. When I told her I was a customer with an active order, she told me she wasn't going to give me marijuana that night, clearly implying that she was punishing me for asking for an explanation of why an order was accepted that wasn't going to be delivered. I am 57 years old and I think it's despicable to treat customers that way
