I use to really like this place but after a bad a experience where I was lied to and told that it would be illegal for me to enter their establishment wearing a hoodie after I showed my Id I stopped returning. I tried to go back but I felt insulted because they were serving other customers that had been wearing their hoods in the store. And even outside of just their job one of their workers came down to the dispensary I worked at and despite them having a pocket full of cash they decided to take my from my tip jar. This is the same person that gave me a hard time while entering their store.

Five-Star Review: Shoutout to Larry! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Headline: Top-Tier Service from Larry at GreenSoul! "Dropped into GreenSoul on Mass Ave yesterday and had an absolute five-star experience, all thanks to my guy Larry (aka Biscuit)! Larry knows his stuff and brings nothing but good vibes to the counter. He helped me get exactly what I was looking for, keeping the whole process smooth, efficient, and professional. Walked out with some excellent pre-rolls (Super Boof and Orange 43) and an overall great experience. If you're stopping by GreenSoul, definitely look out for Larry. He’s a master of his craft and a premier budtender who takes care of the community. Appreciate the stellar service, man I'll definitely be back!"
